How to add an Accountant in QuickBooks Online

  • Log in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin
  • Select Settings ⚙
  • Select Manage users
  • Select the Accountants or Accounting firms tab
  • Enter the accountant’s email address (andy@sohologics.com)
  • Select Invite
  • Follow the prompt to verify your account
